Canonical Definition
Consequence-Bearing Perception Integrity Module (CBPIM) defines the structuralconditions under which operational perception affecting real operational outcomes,
consequence-bearing sensory interpretation, runtime operational reality recognition,
distributed perception awareness, and adaptive perception continuity remain materially
stable, traceable, and operationally governable across runtime environments.
A system satisfies CBPIM only if:
- consequence-bearing operational perception remains materially governable
- runtime operational reality recognition preserves operational alignment
- consequence-bearing sensory interpretation remains operationally visible
- distributed perception awareness remains coherent
- consequence-bearing perception distortion does not silently destabilize
- operational continuity
A system that preserves runtime execution while operational perception affecting real
operational outcomes materially
destabilizes does not satisfy CBPIM.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- consequence-bearing operational perception
- runtime operational reality recognition
- consequence-bearing sensory interpretation
- distributed perception awareness

Its function is to ensure that operational perception affecting real operational outcomes
remains materially governable strongly enough to preserve valid runtime operational reality

Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Consequence-Bearing Perception ObjectThe organization must define which operational perception structures affecting real
operational outcomes require governance preservation.
This may include:

3. Define Consequence-Bearing Perception Instability Detection Logic
The system must define how materially unstable consequence-bearing operational perception or
