Minimum Implementation Framework

1. Define the Reconstruction Object

The organization must define which operational sequences and runtime histories require
reconstruction capability preservation.


This may include:
  • runtime execution flow
  • orchestration sequences
  • authority transitions
  • permission transitions
  • escalation sequences
  • consequence-bearing operational chains
  • recovery transitions


2. Define Reconstruction Continuity Conditions

The system must define the conditions under which operational history remains
reconstructable across runtime progression.


This includes:
  • sequence continuity
  • transition continuity
  • state linkage continuity
  • execution-path continuity
  • consequence continuity


3. Define Reconstruction Failure Detection Logic

The system must define how operational reconstruction degradation or reconstruction failure
is identified.


This may include:
  • broken execution sequences
  • unrecoverable runtime transitions
  • ambiguous operational progression
  • disconnected operational chains
  • materially incomplete runtime history


4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic

The system must define governance logic for materially degraded reconstruction capability
conditions.


Governance response may include:
  • runtime escalation
  • operational narrowing
  • reconstruction review activation
  • audit intervention
  • evidence-state restriction
  • operational invalidation where required


5. Preserve Traceability & Restrict Invalid Conditions

The system must preserve reconstructable traceability of operational reconstruction
continuity and reconstruction-failure states. A system must not remain reconstruction-valid
if operational history can no longer be materially reconstructed strongly enough to
determine what actually occurred during execution.
