What This Standard Is
OEAS is a parent standard defining the operational architecture for reconstructableoperational evidence and governance- valid auditability.
It governs the structural conditions under which systems remain capable of reconstructing:
- what occurred
- under which runtime conditions
- through which operational path
- under whose authority
- with what consequence-bearing effects
The standard exists because future governance increasingly depends not only on operation
itself, but on whether operational reality remains reconstructable after execution occurs.
What This Standard Is Not
OEAS is not:- a logging tool
- a telemetry platform
- a monitoring dashboard
- a compliance report generator
- a storage system
- a generic audit process
It does not define software products. It defines the governance conditions under which
operational evidence remains structurally reconstructable and operationally meaningful.
Why This Standard Exists
Modern systems increasingly operate through:- AI runtime execution
