Canonical Definition
Delegated Execution Coordination Module (DECM) defines the structural conditions underwhich delegated operational execution remains materially coordinated, governable,
traceable, and operationally aligned across runtime delegation chains, orchestration
environments, interconnected execution systems, and consequence-bearing operational
infrastructures.
A system satisfies DECM only if:
- delegated execution remains operationally coordinated
- delegation continuity remains governable
- runtime delegation chains remain traceable
- delegated operational interaction preserves coordination integrity
- consequence-bearing delegated execution remains materially aligned
A system that preserves delegated activity while delegated coordination materially fragments
does not satisfy DECM.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- delegated execution coordination
- runtime delegation continuity
- orchestration delegation stability
- distributed execution alignment
- delegated operational traceability
- consequence-bearing delegated continuity
Its function is to ensure that delegated operational execution remains materially
