Canonical Definition

Restriction Continuity Integrity Module (RCIM) defines the structural
conditions under which runtime operational restrictions, distributed
restriction continuity, adaptive restriction coherence, and
consequence-bearing operational limitation states remain materially
stable, traceable, and operationally governable across autonomous
runtime environments.


A system satisfies RCIM only if:

  • runtime operational restrictions remain materially stable
  • distributed restriction continuity preserves governance-valid operational limits
  • adaptive restriction coherence remains operationally aligned
  • consequence-bearing operational limitations remain traceable
  • restriction fragmentation does not destabilize operational legitimacy
  • A system that preserves runtime execution while operational restrictions materially destabilize does not satisfy RCIM.

RCIM defines the restriction continuity layer of OCNS by preserving
governance-valid operational restriction continuity across autonomous
runtime environments.

  • Its function is to ensure that operational restrictions remain materially continuous strongly enough to preserve

Minimum Implementation Framework

1. Define the Restriction Continuity Object

The organization must define which operational restriction structures
require continuity governance. This may include: runtime restriction
systems adaptive limitation infrastructures distributed operational
constraints bounded execution pathways orchestration restriction
mechanisms consequence-bearing operational limits operational-critical
restriction infrastructures


2. Define Restriction Continuity Conditions

The system must define the conditions under which runtime operational
restrictions remain materially stable and operationally aligned. This
includes: distributed restriction continuity adaptive limitation
coherence operational constraint stability runtime restriction
legitimacy governance-valid operational limitation continuity


3. Define Restriction Fragmentation Detection Logic

The system must define how materially unstable restrictions or
restriction fragmentation is identified. This may include: runtime

4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic

The system must define governance logic for materially unstable
restriction-continuity conditions. Governance response may include:

operational review activation operational invalidation where required


5. Preserve Traceability & Restrict Invalid Conditions

The system must preserve reconstructable traceability of restriction
continuity and restriction-fragmentation states. A system must not
remain constraint-valid if runtime operational restrictions materially
destabilize while systems continue assuming governance-valid operational
limits remain preserved.
