What Is Transfer Integrity?

Transfer integrity is the governed condition in which a governed
identity and its associated governance relationships are transferred
without compromising identity integrity, provenance, accountability,
continuity, or governance trust.

It enables organizations to transfer ownership, authority,
permissions, responsibilities, and governed identities while
preserving complete governance continuity and independently verifiable
lifecycle history.
