Responsibility Role Assignment Module (RRAM) defines the structuralconditions under which responsibility roles associated with a governed
identity are established, assigned, recorded, and continuously
governable throughout the complete identity lifecycle.
RRAM governs responsibility role assignment.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that every governance responsibility is assigned to clearly
identifiable and legitimately authorized participants.
