Provenance Verification Module (PVAM) defines the structuralconditions under which the provenance of a governed identity is
verified, authenticated, validated, evidence-supported, and
continuously governable throughout the complete identity lifecycle.
PVAM governs provenance verification.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that the complete provenance of a governed identity can be
independently verified using trusted governance records, lifecycle
history, and supporting evidence.

Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Provenance Verification ObjectIdentify the governed identity and the provenance requiring
independent verification.
2. Define Verification Conditions
Establish governance conditions governing provenance validation,
evidence requirements, historical consistency, authenticity, and
governance approval.
3. Define Verification Failure Logic
Identify conditions where provenance becomes unverifiable, incomplete,
inconsistent, disputed, unsupported by evidence,
or governance-invalid.
4. Define Governance Response
Define governance actions for verification, investigation, evidence
review, correction, rejection, or governance escalation.
5. Preserve Verification Records Preserve verification results,
governance decisions, supporting evidence, provenance history, review
documentation, and audit records.
