Provenance Chain Module (PCHM) defines the structural conditions underwhich the complete provenance chain of a governed identity remains
authentic, continuous, traceable, verifiable, evidence-supported, and
continuously governable throughout the complete identity lifecycle.
PCHM governs provenance chains.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that every governance event, relationship, ownership transition,
authority change, and lifecycle milestone remains connected within a
continuous and verifiable provenance chain.
A single event has limited meaning.

Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Provenance Chain ObjectIdentify the governed identity and the lifecycle events forming its
provenance chain.

Establish governance conditions governing chain continuity, event
relationships, traceability, verification, and evidence preservation.
3. Define Provenance Chain Failure Logic
