Event Traceability Module (ETRM) defines the structural conditionsunder which events associated with a governed identity remain
chronologically traceable, attributable, verifiable,
evidence-supported, and continuously governable throughout the
complete identity lifecycle.

that every significant event affecting a governed identity can be
reconstructed through trusted governance records and
supporting evidence.

Minimum Implementation Framework

Identify conditions where events become missing, incomplete,
