Access Permission Assignment Module (APAM) defines the structuralconditions under which access permissions for a governed identity are
established, assigned, recorded, and continuously governable
throughout the complete identity lifecycle.
APAM governs access permission assignment.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that access permissions are granted only to legitimate, authorized,
and governance-approved participants.
