Canonical Definition
Ownership Assignment Module (OOAM) defines the structural conditionsunder which ownership of a governed identity is established, assigned,
recorded, and continuously governable throughout the complete
identity lifecycle.
OOAM governs ownership assignment.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that every governed identity is assigned to a legitimate owner through
an authorized, attributable, and verifiable governance process.
Ownership does not appear automatically.
Ownership must be legitimately assigned.
OOAM governs that assignment.
