Succession Module (SUMM) defines the structural conditions under whichgovernance succession associated with a governed identity is
established, transferred, preserved, and continuously governable
throughout the complete identity lifecycle.
SUMM governs identity succession.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that every legitimate successor preserves the continuity, legitimacy,
accountability, and governance relationships of the governed identity.
