OOF™ Standard Participation
& Monetization Model
Early Adoption Structure and Economic Participation Framework
3. Tiered Participation Model
Tier 1 — Early AdoptersEntry window: initial release phase
Allocation: up to 5% total (shared)
Conditions:
Active implementation and real operational use
Position:
Lowest entry valuation and highest strategic advantage
Tier 2 — Growth Adopters
Entry window: 6 to 12 months after initial release
Allocation: up to 5% total (shared)
Conditions:
Validated implementation and operational alignment
Position:
Increased valuation and reduced allocation availability
Tier 3 — Late Strategic Participants
Entry window: post-adoption growth phase
Allocation: up to 5% total (shared)
Conditions:
Established operational scale
Position:
Highest entry valuation and limited access
6. Economic Participation Scope
Participation provides access to defined economic participation rights linked to the standard.Global Economic Exposure
By default, participation represents global economic exposure, meaning:
- participation is not limited to a specific geography
- value is linked to the overall adoption and monetization of the standard
- economic benefit reflects system-wide growth across markets
Limited Participation (Selective Cases)
In specific cases, participation may be limited to:
- defined geographic regions
- specific market segments
- particular implementation scopes
Nature of Economic Rights
Participation provides:
- proportional access to economic value generated through
implementation and
deployment - exposure to the expansion and adoption of the standard
- ownership of the standard
- rights to control or influence its definition
- authority over its governance
Participation grants access to the economic layer of the standard, not to the standard itself.
13. No-Pressure Monetization Principle
Monetization does not create:
- pressure to adopt
- artificial incentives
- obligation to implement
