Operational Interpretability Integrity Module (OIIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which autonomous agent cognition remains sufficiently interpretable, understandable,
reviewable, communicable, and governance-accessible for humans, supervisory systems,
and operational governance environments.
OIIM governs operational interpretability.
The module ensures that cognition remains understandable enough to support governance,
supervision, accountability, intervention, and operational trust.
A system satisfies OIIM only if:
