Minimal Implementation Framework (MIF)
Step 1 — Input Recognition
Identify the asset entering the system.Minimum requirement:
- identifiable asset
- defined input structure
Step 2 — Validation Reference
Confirm that the asset has passed a validation process.Minimum requirement:
- reference to validation source (MTVF or equivalent)
- traceable validation context
Step 3 — Integrity Check
Evaluate whether the asset shows signs of inconsistency or manipulation.Minimum requirement:
- structural consistency
- no detected anomalies
Step 5 — Decision Enforcement
Apply system behavior based on classification:
- Verified → allow
- Unverified → restrict
- Contaminated → block
Closing Statement
Modern systems operate on assumed trust.TSA replaces assumption with classification.
Trust is not declared.
Trust is validated and enforced.
