Minimal Implementation Framework (MIF)

Step 1 — Input Recognition

Identify the asset entering the system.

Minimum requirement:

  • identifiable asset
  • defined input structure

Step 2 — Validation Reference

Confirm that the asset has passed a validation process.

Minimum requirement:

  • reference to validation source (MTVF or equivalent)
  • traceable validation context

Step 3 — Integrity Check

Evaluate whether the asset shows signs of inconsistency or manipulation.

Minimum requirement:

  • structural consistency
  • no detected anomalies

Step 4 — Classification Assignment

Assign one of three states:

  • Verified
  • Unverified
  • Contaminated

Step 5 — Decision Enforcement

Apply system behavior based on classification:

  • Verified → allow
  • Unverified → restrict
  • Contaminated → block
