Memory Oversight Integrity Module (MOIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which memory systems, memory operations, memory decisions, memory modifications,
memory access activities, memory evolution processes, and memory governance actions
remain observable, reviewable, auditable, governable, and operationally valid throughout the memory lifecycle.
MOIM governs memory oversight.
The module ensures that memory environments remain subject to effective supervision
rather than becoming opaque, unreviewable, unmanaged, or governance-blind.
A system satisfies MOIM only if:
