OOF® methodologies are openly accessible.

Open access applies to:
  • reading
  • understanding
  • implementation
  • system usage
Protection applies to:
  • canonical meaning
  • structural design
  • dependency logic
  • validation conditions
Open use does not grant the right to alter structure or redefine meaning.
Protection does not restrict use. It preserves integrity.


3. Canonical Validity Principle

Validity is not created by reference.

Validity exists only when:
  • canonical meaning is preserved
  • structural integrity is maintained
  • system dependencies remain intact
Any alteration results in a non-canonical system state.

4. Reference Anchored in Time

For regulatory, audit, and interoperability purposes, a system must provide:
  • a reference to the canonical source
  • a reference anchored in time (verifiable publication timestamp)
A reference anchored in time establishes:
  • origin
  • priority
  • traceability
Without it, a system cannot be considered:
  • auditable
  • verifiable for use in regulated environments
  • compatible within OOF® system interactions

7. Validation Initiation

Validation may be initiated through:
  • voluntary submission of evidence
  • third-party evidence
  • independent observation
Validation may occur without request if sufficient evidence exists.

Participation does not guarantee outcome.

9. Methodological Infringement (OOF® Context)

Methodological infringement within the OOF® system occurs when:
  • canonical meaning is altered
  • structure is reused without integrity
  • dependencies are modified
  • logic is embedded without preservation
  • systems present derived logic as original
Infringement is evaluated at the structural and semantic level, not by textual similarity.

10. Separation of Authority

OOF®:
  • defines methodology
  • maintains system integrity
  • provides reference authority
OOF® does not:
  • enforce law
  • issue penalties
  • replace regulators

MIP® enables:
  • deterministic validation
  • audit-ready evaluation
  • AI-compatible interpretation
  • cross-system comparability
