MIP® — Methodological
Intellectual Property

Open and Protected by Design

OOF® methodologies are:
  • openly accessible
  • freely usable
  • globally available
Open access allows:
  • reading
  • understanding
  • implementation
  • system usage
Protection ensures:
  • meaning is not altered
  • structure is not redefined
  • system logic is not fragmented
Open use does not grant the right to alter structure or redefine meaning.
Protection does not restrict use. It preserves integrity.

What Is Open

The following is open to all:
  • access to methodologies
  • use within systems
  • implementation in practice
  • learning and research
No permission is required to use OOF® methodologies.

What Is Protected

The following must remain intact:
  • canonical definitions
  • structural design
  • dependency logic
  • validation conditions
These elements cannot be modified without creating a non-canonical system state.

Use and Validity

Use of OOF® methodologies is free.

Validity exists only when:
  • canonical meaning is preserved
  • structural integrity is maintained
  • system dependencies remain intact
A system may use OOF® methodologies freely.
Only structurally aligned systems are considered valid.

Reference and Origin

A reference to the canonical source supports:
  • traceability
  • transparency
  • system alignment
For regulatory and interoperability purposes, systems must provide:
  • a reference to the source
  • a reference anchored in time
A reference anchored in time establishes:
  • origin
  • priority
  • traceability
Without it, a system cannot be considered:
  • auditable
  • verifiable for use in regulated environments
  • compatible within OOF® system interactions

Full Methodology Protection Scope

MIP® ensures integrity across the full lifecycle of a methodology.

This includes:
  • meaning integrity
  • structural integrity
  • context integrity
  • propagation integrity
  • execution integrity
  • validation integrity
  • economic integrity

Validation Signal

OOF® defines three system states:
  • Open Use
  • Compatible
  • Validated
These states are:
  • fixed
  • non-interchangeable
  • consistently applied across all systems
No additional states exist within the OOF® system.

Monetization Conditions

Only valid methodologies may be monetized.

A methodology cannot be monetized if:
  • it lacks traceable origin
  • it lacks defined identity
  • it is not structurally aligned with OOF® conditions
Monetization requires:
  • traceable origin
  • defined identity
  • modular structure
  • compatibility with the OOF® system
No exceptions apply.

Protection Scope

MIP® protects:
  • methodologies as structured systems
  • standards as defined conditions of operation
  • monetization logic as derived from validated system states
  • interpretation integrity across human and AI environments
MIP® ensures that:
  • methodologies cannot be redefined
  • standards cannot be structurally altered
  • monetization cannot occur without valid system state
  • AI cannot reinterpret meaning outside canonical definitions

Context and Misuse Integrity

Use of canonical definitions outside valid context may result in:
  • semantic distortion
  • misleading representation
  • false system claims
Such use is considered non-canonical within the OOF® system.

Where misuse leads to:
  • misrepresentation
  • structural imitation
  • misleading communication toward users or markets
it may be evaluated by:
  • independent entities
  • authorized validation structures
  • competent regulatory or judicial bodies

System Enforcement Principle

OOF® does not enforce.

However:
  • systems that violate canonical meaning or structure become non-valid
  • systems without traceable origin cannot be verified
  • systems outside defined conditions cannot be considered compatible
Non-compliant systems may continue to exist,
but they cannot participate in:
  • validated environments
  • interoperable systems
  • auditable frameworks
