Judgment Ownership Integrity Module (JOIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which human judgment remains materially owned, exercisable, challengeable,
accountable, and operationally valid during interaction with AI systems,
decision-support systems, autonomous agents, and external cognitive environments.
JOIM governs judgment ownership.
The module ensures that humans remain the legitimate owners of their judgments
even when recommendations, predictions, analyses, or conclusions originate
from external cognitive systems.
A system satisfies JOIM only if:
- judgment ownership remains human
- judgment authority remains exercisable
- external conclusions remain challengeable
