Canonical Definition

Integrity Context Module (ICTM) defines the governance context within which
integrity is interpreted, applied, and evaluated. It establishes the
environmental, operational, organizational, legal, and methodological
circumstances that determine how integrity definitions and criteria are
applied to a governed entity.

Module Purpose

ICTM ensures that integrity is interpreted within its proper governance
context. The same integrity definition may require different applications
depending on the governed environment, making context essential for consistent
and legitimate integrity governance.

Without a defined context, integrity assessments may become inaccurate,
inconsistent, or misleading.

Operational Role

ICTM provides the contextual framework that connects integrity definitions and
criteria with the real-world conditions under which they are applied, ensuring
that integrity governance remains relevant, consistent, and operationally
valid.
