Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define Boundary ConditionsIdentify every operational, organizational, environmental, technical, legal,
and governance boundary within which integrity remains valid. Define the
acceptable operating limits for the governed entity.
2. Define Boundary Requirements
Establish the governance requirements that specify acceptable operating

3. Define Boundary Violation Logic

Preserve boundary definitions, threshold values, governance approvals,
operational exceptions, violation history, contextual changes, and supporting
evidence throughout the complete lifecycle.
