Integrity Condition Standard (ICS) is the third Parent Standard of INTEGROS® —
Integrity Governance Architecture. It establishes the canonical governance
conditions required to preserve integrity by defining the rules, constraints,
dependencies, and operational requirements that must remain continuously
satisfied throughout the complete lifecycle of a governed entity.

Why ICS Exists

A governed entity may have a well-defined integrity model and a structurally
sound architecture, yet still lose integrity if the conditions required to
preserve it are no longer maintained.

Building upon the structural foundation established by STIS, ICS defines the
mandatory conditions required for integrity to remain valid throughout the
governed lifecycle.

ICS exists to establish those mandatory governance conditions before integrity
is measured, monitored, classified, or evaluated.
