Intent Cognition Integrity Module (ICIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which intentions, objectives, instructions, goals, requests, directives,
delegated purposes, and meaning-bearing operational expectations remain materially
interpretable, traceable, contextually valid, and governance-compatible
throughout cognition and interpretation processes.
ICIM governs intent interpretation.
The module ensures that cognition remains capable of correctly identifying
what an instruction, request, signal, communication, objective, or action
is actually intended to mean.
A system satisfies ICIM only if:
- intent remains identifiable
- intent interpretation remains traceable
- intent ambiguity remains visible
- intent distortion remains detectable
- intent meaning remains contextually valid
