Canonical DefinitionGovernance Disclosure Module (GDisM) defines the structural conditions
under which governance information, governance decisions, governance activities,
governance controls, governance relationships, and governance outcomes remain
appropriately disclosed, accessible, reviewable, traceable, governable, and
operationally valid throughout the governance lifecycle.
GDisM governs governance disclosure.
The module establishes the foundational conditions required to determine what
governance information should be disclosed, to whom it should be disclosed, when
it should be disclosed, and under which governance conditions disclosure remains
legitimate throughout operational reality.
Governance may be documented.
Governance information must also be appropriately disclosed.
