Canonical DefinitionGovernance Correction Module (GCorM) defines the structural
conditions under which governance errors, governance failures,
governance inconsistencies, governance-control deficiencies,
governance-process defects, and governance-invalid conditions remain
identifiable, correctable, traceable, reviewable, governable,
auditable, and operationally valid throughout the governance lifecycle.
GCorM governs governance correction.
The module establishes the foundational conditions
required to determine how governance-invalid conditions are corrected,
who performs corrective governance actions, how governance corrections
are validated, and whether governance-correction activities
remain reconstructable throughout operational reality.
Governance may be validated.
Validation may reveal invalid conditions.
Governance must then be capable of correction.
