Earned Learning Standard (ELS)
Category: Systems & Product
Subcategory: Learning & Skill Systems
Earned Learning Standard (ELS) defines learning as valid only when knowledge is applied, demonstrated, and proven.
Learning is structured as a continuous process where a concept is introduced,
followed by a challenge that requires application.
The learner must demonstrate the ability in action,
the result is validated, and only then is progression or reward unlocked.
If knowledge is not proven through this process, it is not learned.
Learning is complete only at proof.
