Canonical Definition

Evidence Origin Integrity Module (EOIM) defines the structural
conditions under which evidence remains attributable to
identifiable, legitimate, traceable, governable, accountable,
reconstructable, verifiable, and operationally valid evidence
sources throughout the evidence lifecycle.

EOIM governs evidence origin.

The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where evidence originated, who produced the evidence, how
the evidence was generated, under what conditions the evidence was
collected, and whether the source of evidence remains legitimate
and trustworthy.

Module Operational Role

EOIM defines the evidence-origin governance layer of EAS.

Its role is to preserve visibility of where evidence enters
a governance environment.
