Decision Traceability Integrity Module (DTIM) defines the structuralconditions under which decisions, decision pathways, decision
approvals, decision modifications, decision records, decision
inputs, decision reviews, decision outcomes, and decision-governance
activities remain traceable, reconstructable, reviewable, auditable,
governable, enforceable, and operationally valid throughout
the decision lifecycle.
DTIM governs decision traceability.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine how a decision evolved, who participated in the decision
process, what information influenced the decision, how approvals
occurred, and whether the complete decision history can
be reconstructed.
