Canonical Definition
Decision Scope Integrity Module (DSIM) defines the structuralconditions under which decision boundaries, decision authority
limits, decision objectives, decision obligations, decision
constraints, decision expectations, decision impacts, and decision
outcomes remain identifiable, traceable, governable,
reconstructable, reviewable, and operationally valid throughout
the decision lifecycle.
DSIM governs decision scope.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine exactly what was decided, what was not decided, which
authority boundaries applied, what impacts were expected, and where
the decision scope begins and ends.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- clearly defined decisions
- visible decision boundaries
- reconstructable decision domains
- accountable decision structures
- governance-valid decision limits
- operational decision clarity
Its function is to ensure that governance can determine exactly what
was decided and what remained outside the decision.
Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Decision Scope ObjectThe organization must define which decision environments
require scope governance.
