Decision Accountability Integrity Module (DAIM) defines thestructural conditions under which decisions, decision authorities,
decision-makers, decision approvals, decision outcomes, decision
consequences, decision-accountability relationships, and
decision-governance activities remain attributable, accountable,
traceable, governable, reconstructable, enforceable, reviewable, and
operationally valid throughout the decision lifecycle.
DAIM governs decision accountability integrity.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine who remains accountable for decisions, who approved
decisions, who accepted decision risk, who benefited from decisions,
who authorized decisions, and who remains accountable when
decision-related consequences occur.
