Delegation Validation Module (DVM) defines
the structural conditions under which
governance-authority delegations remain legitimate,
verifiable, attributable, traceable, reviewable,
governable, enforceable, auditable, and operationally
valid throughout the governance lifecycle.

DVM governs delegation validation.

The module establishes the foundational conditions
required to determine whether delegated authority
remains legitimate, whether delegation originates
from a valid governance source, whether delegation
remains governance-valid, and whether delegation
validation remains reconstructable throughout
operational reality.

Delegated authority may be assigned.

Delegated authority must also be validated.

DVM governs that validation.
