Delegated Cognition Integrity Module (DCIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which cognition delegated between autonomous agents remains traceable, attributable,
authority-aligned, governance-valid, and operationally coherent throughout delegation,
transfer of responsibility, task distribution, reasoning transfer, and collective execution.
DCIM governs delegated cognition.
The module ensures that cognition transferred between agents does not become opaque,
unaccountable, authority-confused, or operationally invalid.
A system satisfies DCIM only if:
- delegated cognition remains traceable
- delegation authority remains valid
- responsibility remains attributable
- delegation boundaries remain visible
- cognition transfer remains governable
- collective accountability remains preservable
modified, or executed delegated cognition does not satisfy DCIM.
