Chain Accountability Protocol (CAP) defines a structured governanceinvestigation and accountability navigation protocol used to
identify, validate, reconstruct, analyze, and govern accountability
relationships across complete governance chains.
CAP provides a systematic methodology for tracing accountability
from outcome to origin through relationship structures, authority
structures, responsibility structures, capability conditions,
control environments, oversight environments, evidence environments,
accountability relationships, decision environments, accountability
continuity environments, and accountability chains.
CAP operates as the practical navigation protocol of the
Accountability Governance Architecture (AGA™).
