Its function is to ensure that transformation remains understandable and governable
throughout the evolution process.


Minimum Implementation Framework

1. Define the Cognitive Transformation Object
The organization must define which transformation activities require governance.

This may include:

  • architecture changes
  • reasoning transformations
  • capability restructuring
  • Human-AI cognition transformations
  • organizational cognition transformations
  • autonomous-system transformations
  • cognitive model redesign
  • governance architecture evolution

2. Define Cognitive Transformation Conditions
The system must define the conditions under which transformation remains valid.

This includes:

  • reconstruction requirements
  • impact-assessment requirements

3. Define Transformation Degradation Detection Logic
The system must define how transformation degradation is identified.

5. Preserve Traceability & Restrict Invalid Conditions

A cognition environment must not remain transformation-valid if materially significant
transformations cannot be reconstructed, reviewed, or governed.
