Cognitive Traceability Integrity Module (CTIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which agent cognition remains reconstructable, reviewable, explainable, traceable,
and operationally accountable throughout reasoning, planning, tool selection,
decision formation, execution preparation, and autonomous operation.
CTIM governs cognitive traceability.
The module ensures that agent cognition does not become cognitively opaque,
unreconstructable, or operationally invisible during autonomous operation.
A system satisfies CTIM only if:
