Minimum Implementation Framework

1. Define the Capability Evolution Object
The organization must define which capabilities require governance.

This may include:

  • reasoning capabilities

  • learning capabilities
  • planning capabilities
  • autonomous capabilities
  • Human-AI capabilities
  • organizational capabilities
  • adaptive capabilities

2. Define Capability Evolution Conditions
The system must define the conditions under which capability evolution remains valid.

3. Define Capability Evolution Degradation Detection Logic
The system must define how capability-evolution degradation is identified.

4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic
