Context Cognition Integrity Module (CCIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which contextual conditions, environmental factors, situational variables,
historical dependencies, operational states, and surrounding meaning structures
remain materially identifiable, interpretable, relevant, and governance-valid
throughout cognition and interpretation processes.
CCIM governs context interpretation.
The module ensures that cognition remains capable of assigning meaning
