Minimum Implementation Framework (MIF)


Step 1 — Component Traceability

Each component must be independently traceable.

Minimum requirement:

  • identifiable origin for every ingredient
  • no unknown or aggregated inputs

Step 2 — Individual Integrity Compliance

Each component must meet Clean Tea Standard before blending.

Minimum requirement:

  • clean harvesting and handling
  • no contamination prior to blending

Step 3 — Separation Control

Components must remain separated until controlled blending.

Minimum requirement:

  • no uncontrolled mixing during storage or transport
  • batch-level control

Step 4 — Controlled Blending Process

Blending must not introduce contamination.

Minimum requirement:

  • clean environment
  • non-reactive materials
  • no plastic contact

Step 5 — Post-Blend Integrity

Final product must preserve integrity of all components.

Minimum requirement:

  • maintained traceability of composition
  • no degradation after blending

Step 6 — Output Integrity

The blend must remain consistent, traceable, and uncontaminated.

Minimum requirement:

  • transparency of composition
  • no hidden or undefined inputs
