Behavioral Auditability Standard (BAS) defines the structural conditions underwhich AI behavior remains observable, reconstructable, verifiable,
attributable, explainable, traceable, and independently auditable throughout
the complete behavioral lifecycle.
BAS governs AI behavioral auditability.
The standard establishes the governance conditions required to ensure that
every significant AI behavioral activity can be independently reconstructed,
reviewed, validated, and audited using trustworthy governance evidence.
