2. Define Behavioral Scope Conditions

The system must define the conditions under which behavioral scope remains
valid.
This includes:


  • scope requirements
  • authorization requirements
  • operational requirements
  • traceability requirements
  • validation requirements
  • governance-valid scope conditions


3. Define Behavioral Scope Degradation Detection Logic

The system must define how behavioral scope violations are identified.
This may include:


  • unauthorized behavioral expansion
  • execution outside approved responsibilities
  • scope ambiguity
  • undefined behavioral functions
  • operational scope violations
  • governance-invalid behavioral activities


4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic
