Canonical DefinitionBehavioral Legitimacy Module (BLM) defines the structural conditions under
which AI behavior remains authorized, policy-compliant, governance-aligned,
explainable, traceable, governable, observable, and operationally legitimate
throughout the behavioral lifecycle.
BLM governs behavioral legitimacy.
The module establishes the foundational conditions required to ensure that AI
behavior remains within approved governance objectives, organizational
policies, legal requirements, ethical constraints, and authorized operational
boundaries.
AI behavior may be technically correct.
AI behavior must also be legitimately authorized.
