Canonical DefinitionBehavioral Evidence Integrity Module (BEIM) defines the structural conditions
under which AI behavioral evidence remains authentic, complete, consistent,
unaltered, trustworthy, and governance-valid throughout the complete
behavioral lifecycle.
BEIM governs behavioral evidence integrity.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure that
evidence produced by AI behavior preserves its integrity from creation through
storage, validation, review, and future governance use.
Evidence may exist.
Only evidence with integrity can support trustworthy governance.

Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Behavioral Evidence ObjectThe organization must define which behavioral evidence requires integrity
protection.
2. Define Evidence Integrity Conditions
The system must define integrity requirements for behavioral evidence
throughout its lifecycle.
3. Define Integrity Failure Detection Logic
The system must identify conditions such as:
- incomplete evidence,
- altered evidence,
- inconsistent records,
- corrupted evidence,
- unverifiable evidence,
