Canonical DefinitionBehavioral Evidence Availability Module (BEAvM) defines the structural
conditions under which AI behavioral evidence remains accessible, retrievable,
usable, governance-ready, and available to authorized governance participants
throughout the complete behavioral lifecycle.
BEAM governs behavioral evidence availability.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure that
trustworthy evidence is available whenever legitimate governance, regulatory,
compliance, accountability, operational, or investigative activities require
it.
