2. Define Behavioral Constraint Conditions

The system must define the conditions under which behavioral constraints
remain valid.
This includes:


  • legal requirements
  • governance requirements
  • operational requirements
  • traceability requirements
  • validation requirements
  • governance-valid constraint conditions


3. Define Behavioral Constraint Degradation Detection Logic

The system must define how behavioral-constraint violations are identified.
This may include:


  • policy violations
  • legal violations
  • safety violations
  • ethical violations
  • unauthorized behavioral adaptation
  • governance-invalid behavioral activities


4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic

The system must define governance logic for behavioral-constraint violations.
Governance response may include:
