Trust Recovery Module (TRM) defines the structural conditions underwhich degraded operational trust may be restored, revalidated, and
continuously justified while preserving governance integrity and
operational confidence.
TRM governs trust recovery.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that autonomous operational trust is restored only after sufficient
evidence demonstrates that confidence has been legitimately
re-established.
Lost trust cannot simply be assumed to return.
Recovered trust must be justified.
