Autonomous Coordination Standard (ACOS) defines the structuralconditions under which autonomous operational coordination is
established, synchronized, governed, and continuously maintained
while preserving operational consistency, governance integrity, and
trustworthy collaboration throughout the complete autonomous
operational lifecycle.
ACOS governs autonomous operational coordination.
The standard establishes the governance conditions required to
ensure that autonomous operational actors coordinate their
activities through governed operational relationships, synchronized
objectives, and controlled interaction mechanisms.
Autonomous execution enables independent operation.
Coordination enables collective operation.
ACOS governs that coordination.
Standard Abstract
Autonomous systems rarely operate in complete isolation.They increasingly cooperate with other autonomous systems, AI
agents, robotics platforms, infrastructure, and human operators.
Without governed coordination:
- operational conflicts increase,
- shared objectives become inconsistent,
- operational synchronization declines,
- collaboration becomes unpredictable,
- governance visibility decreases.
ACOS establishes the governance conditions required for reliable,
synchronized, and continuously governed autonomous coordination.

Autonomous Coordination Standard provides the governance layerresponsible for governing coordination among autonomous operational
actors throughout autonomous execution.
Its role is to ensure that autonomous collaboration remains
