Canonical Definition
Output Verification Module defines the structural conditions underwhich an output is verified as valid, traceable, and linked to the
real event, state, or process that produced it at the moment of
operational relevance.
An output verification condition is valid only if:
- the output is linked to a real originating condition
- the source path remains traceable
- the output is verified against live or structurally linked system reality
- the verification result remains connected to the originating event or state
- delayed interpretation does not replace structural verification
- An output that cannot be structurally linked to its originating reality condition does not satisfy OVM.
Step 6 — Restrict Invalid Output Claims
The system must not treat reported, copied, inferred, orreconstructed outputs as validly verified outputs without
structural linkage.
Minimum requirement:
- reconstructed output is distinguishable from live verified output
- verification is not claimed without traceable source linkage
- output validity is not assumed from appearance alone
