Authority Delegation Scope Integrity Module (ADSIM) defines the
structural conditions under which the extent, limits, permissions,
restrictions, applicability, reach, and operational boundaries of
delegated authority remain identifiable, traceable, governable,
accountable, and operationally valid throughout the
delegation lifecycle.

ADSIM governs delegation scope.

The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine exactly what authority was delegated, what authority was
not delegated, where delegated authority applies, and where
delegated authority ends.
