Accountability Continuity Origin Integrity Module (ACOIM) definesthe structural conditions under which accountability-continuity
relationships remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate,
traceable, governable, reconstructable, reviewable, accountable, and
operationally valid accountability sources throughout
the accountability lifecycle.
ACOIM governs accountability-continuity origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where accountability continuity originated, which
accountability relationship is being preserved, and whether the
continuity relationship remains connected to a
legitimate accountability source.
